Thoroughly rinse a handful of sea moss ( Preferably using Spring or Distilled Water to avoid tap water chemicals) to remove any ocean debris and and remaining sea salt, and put in a container with enough water to cover it and soak for at least 8 hours. YOUR SEAMOSS WILL EXPAND 2 TO 3 TIMES THE SIZE SO MAKE SURE YOUR CONTAINER IS LARGE ENOUGH TO HOLD IT.
