Marpe’ Herbs charges sales tax in accordance with state laws. Please keep in mind that all total purchases made will include sales tax to be in compliant with the laws of the state.

Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days after an order has been placed. We will automatically send you an email with your tracking information and an estimated arrival date. We are committed to providing you with the best quality in all of our products. We do not use any preservatives in any of our products, and we are committed to giving exceptional high-quality products to all our customers. Our vendors may have a delay in their products because all their herbs are subject to a rigorous quality control process to assure, they are providing us with high grade organic herbs, and we respect their process.

The best way to keep up with out of stock items, is to contact us and let us know which product(s) you are interested in. We will send you an email notification once the item is back in stock.

We use secured and sealed packaging on all our products to ensure your purchase arrives to you safe and sound. All our containers are BPA free, and we only use PETE containers for our plastic bottles and containers. Our glass is an Amber glass to help with storing your herbal products.

Most of our products are certified organic. Please read the product description on each item before purchasing. If an ingredient is listed as wild harvested, please know that the item is free without chemicals. All of our herbs are purchased with certifications, to confirm all herbs are free of any contamination, pesticides, and adulterants.

We are not able to add to any orders after it has been placed. Please make sure you have ordered everything that is needed before clicking “Proceed to Checkout.” The payment processing company that we use authorizes your account for the exact amount of purchase, and they are unable to make any changes after the card has been authorized.

Marpe’ Herbs is currently shipping orders in the United States at this time. Our shipping procedures will change in the future, but for right now, we are not able to bill or ship outside of the United States.
