Return Policy

Our Policy

All sales are finale. We accept returns or exchanges for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the product at customercontact@marpeherbs.com to alert us of the damage product, then return the damage product to us. Upon receipt of the damaged product, we will ship out a replacement if available. If replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Please keep in mind that once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us prior to shipping the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the damaged item if you do not contact us. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund due to an item being damaged and it is not available, the cost of shipping will be deducted from that refund. Depending on the return address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Marpe’ Herbs is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Marpe’ Herbs will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking and shipping carrier information for customers to investigate.
